Ken Varner

Ken Varner has been in the construction industry for over 25 years, with a career that began with a framing contractor and included project estimating, budgets and jobsite management working closely with the foreman. From there Ken moved into project management adding to his skill set including plan take-offs, architectural design changes, budgets, schedules, and contracts, before taking a role as Assistant Superintendent at Johnstone Moyer Inc. Ken then moved on to join Holland Partner Group in the East Bay, a company focused on multi-family construction and investment, as Project Superintendent. He continued in similar roles with Greystar Homes and later SBI Builders, Inc., before joining the team at with Homes Built For America. Ken is a seasoned superintendent with a wealth of talent ensuring schedules, budgets and customer satisfaction are achieved. He is currently the Superintendent at VIDA in Sunnyvale, California, for Homes Built For America.
