Joni Rosato

Project Accountant

As Project Accountant, Joni Rosato is responsible for maintaining accuracy and efficiency over project accounts.  She has a solid track record of nearly twenty years as a Realtor, including fourteen years as a Property Manager for Wells & Bennett Realtors in Walnut Creek.  Her experience also includes time in the hospitality industry with the Monterey Marriott Hotel where she served as General Accountant and was the hotel “Cashier”.

During her tenure with Wells & Bennett Realtors, Joni broadened her experience with positions that provided professional growth, from accounts payable and receivable to every aspect of property management, which calls for strong and accurate attention to detail.  Most recently she served 5 years as Project Accountant for Nuvera Construction in Pleasanton.  Here she handled payables for several new home communities and ensured accuracy by comparing invoices against contracts, change orders and revisions, as well as tracking escrow closings. She handled multiple bank account reconciliations and assisted the Controller with audits and prepared monthly construction loan draws.

Joni loves travel, going on road trips as often as possible and spending time with family.  She especially enjoys listening to live music.
