Devon McKissick has a proven track record in residential construction, managing all on and off-site project coordination, organizing subcontractor activity,and supervising and managing the warranty service process. He is responsible for scheduling and quality control through buyer orientation. During his 25 plus years in the new home industry Devon has overseen the development of more than 400 single-family homes and over 150 multi-family residences. His background includeds extensive knowledge of structural, architectural, and civil plans, estimating, budgeting and job cost analsyis. In addition to owning his own construction company Devon has held management roles at Western Pacific Housing, William Lyon Homes, and Paragon Custom Homes, Inc.
