Having acquired licenses in General Engineering and General Contracting in California, Nick's capabilities extend beyond project management. He actively contributes to optimizing pre-construction processes, procurement strategies, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring that HBFA's construction-related operations remain efficient and aligned with industry standards.

Nick's comprehensive understanding of the building process is evident in his ability to oversee everything from initial design meetings to the intricacies of site development, including soil abatement, demolition, and general construction activities. Prior to his role at HBFA, Nick played key roles in firms such as Pulte Group, Toll Brothers, Brighton Coulson, as well as The True Life Companies, where he served as Director of Acquisition & Development in the Bay Area.
