Bill Hoffenberg, CFO

Bill Hoffenberg is a proven executive, with a solid track record spanning operations, finance, accounting, tax, reporting, budgeting, risk management, and human resources, among others. Bill brings a valuable combination of insightful experience and expertise to lead the growth of Homes Built For America. He has held the role of Chief Financial Officer at a variety of real estate firms, as well as that of Chief Operating Officer. His experience has included negotiation of debt and financing, tax preparation and reporting, management of development for master planned communities, golf communities, commercial property, residential communities and other real estate ventures. Mr. Hoffenberg’s has managed relationships with Wall Street funds and investment banks, negotiating debt, and managing human resources information systems. He first took on the role of Chief Financial Officer in 1993 at The Koll Company with responsibility for four separate entities within the company. Mr. Hoffenberg received his AB degree from Stanford University, with a double major in Economics and Human Biology, and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
