Homes Built For America Holds Exclusive Pre-drywall Walk-through for Future Homeowners at SoMi, HayPark Townhomes
SAN RAMON, CA – April 2, 2025 – Last week, Homes Built For America (HBFA), the homebuilding division of The True Life Companies (TTLC), held a successful pre-drywall walk-through for future homeowners at SoMi HayPark Townhomes. Donned in hard hats, guests were thrilled to walk through their future homes, which helped them visualize what was soon to come.

Attendees had the opportunity to walk through the new townhome community’s construction site for a rare glimpse of framing, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression, fire alarm, and HVAC systems prior to the installation of insulation and drywall. The event was led by project superintendent Scott Griffin, who guided the group through the construction process, shared detailed information about the homes’ various systems, and answered questions throughout the tour.
